Your personal data must be processed to the necessary extent for the fulfillment or securing of obligations and tasks that arise for us as a public higher education institution from:

• generally binding legal regulations.

TUKE may proceed with the processing of your personal data in cases where the scope of personal data defined by legal regulations is insufficient to achieve the specified purpose of processing, also based on the following legal grounds:

• if necessary for the performance of a contract concluded between you and TUKE, including pre-contractual relationships, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
• if necessary for the performance of a task carried out by TUKE in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority entrusted to TUKE, in accordance with Article 6(1)(e) GDPR,
• if necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by TUKE, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or
• if you have given consent to the processing of your personal data for a specific purpose, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
